Mr. Guaz Wei Jun
Mr. Guaz is the Managing Partner & Co-Founder. He have over 13 years of experience in the accounting profession, with a particular focus on working with small and medium-sized accounting firms in Malaysia. Throughout his career, he have gained exposure to a wide range of industries, including investment holding, property development, construction, trading, and retailing businesses. His expertise includes audit, corporate advisory, due diligence, and tax services.
Guaz is a Chartered Accountant. He is also a member of several professional organizations, including the Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountants (ACPA), and the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM).
Mr. Jack Lee Chin Chuan
Mr. Jack Lee Chin Chuan is the Consulting Partner & Co-Founder. He joined Ernst & Young in February 1996 and spent 3.5 years in the audit department. Subsequently, he transferred to tax department in June 1999 and spent more than 4 years specializing in the tax investigation. In August 2003, he joined Pantai Tax Specialist Sdn Bhd which specializing in tax investigation of companies and also involved in tax advisory and other related matters. In March 2004, he joined Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) as Penolong Pengarah at Pusat Penyiasatan Shah Alam which conducting tax investigation on companies and individuals. In April 2008, he started WAJ Advisory Sdn Bhd together with his partner which specialized in handling tax investigation of companies and individuals.
Dato' Dr. Denming Ho
Dato’ Dr Denming is the Consulting Partner & Co-Founder, As a prime mover in franchise consultancy, he has been instrumental in developing numerous successful franchise business for the past 20 years. Besides franchise development, Denming Ho’s consulting experience also includes business strategy planning, branding and marketing, international business matching and government initiatives that encompass wide range of industries. Passionate in learning and education, Denming Ho has been giving out lectures in education institutions prior becoming a consultant. His diverse experiences in giving talks and providing trainings have successfully grown and nurtured leaders across various industries.
MR. FAN KAH SEONG
Mr. Fan is the Consulting Partner. He holds a Bachelor of Economics, Honours Class II A, from the Monash University, Clayton Australia. He is a Fellow member of CPA Australia, Fellow member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”), Fellow member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (“CTIM”). He is also a Section 153 tax agent licensee and licensee holder of the previous GST Section 170. In his professional career path, Mr. Fan first joined Arthur Andersen & Co in 1990 as a tax associate and was promoted to Manager in 1996. He was made a director of Arthur Andersen in 2001. He left Arthur Anderson & Co in 2002 and joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Executive Director.
In 2006 he was made to head the East Malaysia office covering Kuching and Kota Kinabalu. In 2010, he left PricewaterhouseCoopers to join Deloitte Southeast Asia as a Partner, where he oversaw various tax related projects and was leading the indirect tax department in Kuala Lumpur. He left Deloitte Southeast Asia in 2016. In 2017, he joined PKF Malaysia as a tax director and was heading the Indirect Tax department of PKF Malaysia until his resignation in November 2022.
MR. DAVID CHENG LC
Mr. David Cheng is the Director of Learning & Development. He obtained his Masters in Educational/Instructional Technology from University of Maine, Degree of Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University and Diploma in Computer Science from RIMA College. Mr. Cheng Lai Chuan is currently the Principal of AI Smartual Learning Sdn. Bhd. since 2018, which successfully developed three platforms for Education and Corporate Industry use. He also helps in Sustainability Reports of Public Listed Companies in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. He
He was the Investors Relations and Sustainability Director of SCGM Berhad and Business Development Manager in the Sales and Marketing Department for the subsidiary company, Lee Soon Seng Plastic Industries Sdn. Bhd. He began his career as a Junior Research Analyst with CH Williams Talhar and Wong from 1995 till 1999. He joined Kong Sun Sdn. Bhd. as Marketing Executive. RHB Banking Group as Personal Financial Consultant, CIMB-Principal Asset Management as Vice President Institutional Equity Sales from 2000 to 2009. Mr. Cheng then joined SCGM Plaza Sdn. Bhd. as General Manager from 2005 to 2011 overseeing the construction of Kulai Centre Point from conceptualization to design and the shopping centre’s construction.
